How do I return an item?
Return/Refund information


No returns will be accepted without Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

All return claims must be made within 7 - 14 days of receipt of products where a Maxsun Return Dept. representative will open a case and judge whether a return will be approved or not.

Maxsun will not be held responsible for any unapproved returns, those who refuse to follow Return Protocol do so at their own risk.

Approved returns must be in new, unused condition and still in the original packaging.

All returns are subject to a re-stocking and handling charge.

Return shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.

Returned "stock-items" usually includes a restocking fee of 20%. You will forfeit all shipping expenses paid by you. All items must be returned in original manufacturer's boxes and will be inspected at time of arrival. In case of damage to the returned product, you will be charged the item's full price as appears on the original order.


In order to request a refund, customers should first contact Maxsun Group to receive specific instructions if required. The product(s) must be returned in original packaging and shipping expenses will be the customer’s responsibility. After the product(s) have been evaluated by Maxsun Group, the refund will be given based on claim and our damage evaluation.
