How do I return an item?
returns will be accepted without Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
All return claims must be made within 7 - 14 days of receipt of products where a Maxsun Return Dept. representative will open a case and judge whether a return will be approved or not.
Maxsun will not be held responsible for any unapproved returns, those who refuse to follow Return Protocol do so at their own risk.
Approved returns must be in new, unused condition and still
in the original packaging.
All returns are subject to a re-stocking and handling charge.
Return shipping costs will
be at the customer’s expense.
