Shipping Policies:

As our client you have the choice to choose the shipment method. We will advise you the most cost-effective way so you can save time and money. All merchandise is F.O.B. warehouse/origin, and will be shipped upon receipt of full payment unless otherwise agreed upon.
Our prices are determined (not estimated) so you can be sure of what the total cost is. Maxsun Group reserves the right to change the shipping charges even if the shipping quote has already been agreed upon by both parties. In such cases, the customer will have to approve the new shipping charge before the order had been finalized.

Additional services such as lift-gate, inside delivery, re-routing, re-delivery, or other requests are subject to an additional fee at the customer's expense.

For Items Delivered Through Third Party Delivery: The carrier who delivers merchandise to your door is responsible for loss and damaged product(s)*. Maxsun Group is not responsible for damages or loss incurred in transit. Acceptance of the shipment by the transportation company is acknowledgement that the articles delivered (or picked up) by them were in good condition and properly packed. Before signing the delivery receipt, inspect for any shortage or damage and note the nature and extent of the shortage or damage on the freight bill. If concealed damage or noted damage has occurred, save the shipping cartons and packaging. You must request an inspection by the carrier immediately and file a claim after inspection to rectify damages to your product. Your Maxsun Group Product Consultant will be ready to assist you in filing your claim.

*Damaged product(s) - A damaged item is any product that does not work properly upon receipt of the package. Products damaged on arrival must be reported within 48 - 36 hours of receipt in order to be addressed by Maxsun.
